RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
We’re proud of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchases and the excellent customer service you get from Island Divas. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days from the time you received your order to get the return/exchange process started.
TO HELP THE PROCESS RUN EFFORTLESSLY:
- Want to a Cancel Order: Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed and shipped. You will need to contact us once you receive the order.
- Damaged Items: Please email us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the fault.
- Item Doesn’t Fit/Changed Your Mind: We do not currently offer refunds if your item doesn’t fit or you have changed your mind.
- Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Returns will only be honored if they are sent to the address provided by Customer Service when you email us.
- Returned parcels must be sent with a tracking number – please email that to us once you have it. Please also write your order number on the parcel. You are responsible for the return postage to mail the merchandise back to us. Please use a service that offers tracking.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we do NOT accept swimwear or lingerie returns.
- Items authorized for return may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) along with your order number. You can choose to have your money returned to your account or exchange for another item at the same price.
- Items must be in original unworn condition (of course you may try the garment on, but do not wear it outside).
- If you have chosen the wrong size/color, the item doesn’t fit, or you do not like the item (and item is not faulty) we do not offer a refund. You may contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
- We will process your exchange or refund once we have received your return at our return’s facility. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 10 -15 business days for the refund to be processed and for the refund amount to show up in your account. Note: it can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us depending on the service you use. If you elect to exchange instead of a refund, we send you a replacement with free shipping once the original order is returned to us.
