Island Divas Fashion offers free Flat Rate Shipping for orders over $50 USD. You may also opt for Express Shipping for an additional fee. Please note that Express Shipping requires a street address in English and a contact number as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
Due to longer customs clearance times experienced, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Flat Rate Shipping and Standard Shipping time may be affected.
Estimated time = Shipping processing time + Shipping delivery time.
I. Processing time: Within 5-10 Business Days (including Quality control, Packing & Sorting). All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will reserve a tracking number once the order is placed which means the shipping status may be stopped at "around 7 business days before the package arrives at our distribution center.
Note: If you need to modify the order, it may result in the order amount not meeting the previous shipping standards/coupons usage conditions, which may result in a reduction in the refund amount. Before modifying the order, the customer service will send you a confirmation message, and we will process the order after receiving your confirmation, so please reply as soon as possible.
